I don't think this film gets enough notice for how terrible it is. I've seen it riffed on MST3K and RiffTrax, but seeing it in its natural state really drives home the awfulness. Maybe the worst campy Bond knockoff.

Rarely have I seen a film so earnest, trying so hard to tackle important things, and yet be so ineptly made and completely bonkers.

Comics were more enjoyable when stories were one issue long, with occasional two- or three-parters. Gimme a year of nine or ten different stories and villains, not a year of one drawn out story that will inevitably feature the one villain big enough to justify it.
