Forget JSON, TOON, and VSC! The VST (Values Separated by Tabs), retains all the advantages of the VSC but brings the Pythonic esthetics to the table; a format that was stolen from the LLM gods and gifted to humans by the Prometheus (PROMpting the ETHEr for sUbStance) of the human founder spirit.

I am very comfortable stating that DISA-STIG RHEL has been the largest humblepie I have had to eat in my life so far (and I am still half way through it)

I loved this piece

👀#Perl is a messy, maddening programming language, the “duct tape of the internet.”

✊But at least you can tell it was made by humans.

🙏Still, I find myself returning to this strange language, and I think it’s because of the humility at its core.

Herd immunity : not just for humans.
Your IT security team could be preventing your computer from becoming impervious to cyber-threats. Delete your antivirus!

Grab popcorn as the premiums of the individual healthcare plans for 2026 are announced. Looking at the number of layoffs and the age distribution of those being laid off, many more people will have to transition from an employer to a pricey individual plan during the midterms.

Paneer and queso Blanco are edible and don't have the texture of goat poop.
Disagree and why single out cottage cheese? Are you saying that paneer, queso blanco, etc. are also "kale of milk"? Unless you are anti acid and only pro-rennet. What about ricotta, is it OK because of whey and heat?

Cottage cheese = kale of milk derivatives

Now you know

This is where it gets interesting : at a word size of 1 bit, multiplication is just logical and. So is all multiplication just logical conjunction? First principle derivation of probability as degrees of certainty rely precisely on this connection

As one of the original flozinators it so maddening to see nephrologists flozinate *instead* of using immunosuppresants, dz modifying therapies in nonDM CKD. Consider a thought experiment in transplant: proteinuria is often how we pick up ABMR & an SGLT2i is the wrong answer. Now do IgAN, SLE,C3G etc

Fascinating paper suggesting the assumption that there is a sigmoid dose response relationship and threshold effect ( "all-or-nothing") for loop diuretics rests on repeated misinterpretation of original studies from the 70s and 80s. #nephsky #cardiosky #emimcc academic.oup.com/ehjcvp/artic...
What are the pharmacodynamics of loop diuretics?
A recent editorial was entitled ‘Loop diuretics in heart failure: few facts and lots of prejudice’.1 I would argue that we have forgotten or distorted some

Bahahahahaha The New York Times just printed an opinion piece declaring "AI is intelligent, so long as we redefine what intelligence means to include it. And soon AI will be conscious, because we'll just redefine consciousness too!"

Nothing means anything! Yay!
