This is nuts. We shouldn’t have to be fighting needless battles like this. So annoying. Just like the coal mine farce, mad ideas like this just get in the way of sensible policy making for improving lives and dealing with climate.
The UK Gov intends to hand tens of billions in public money to the fossil fuel industry for a huge wave of 𝙉𝙀𝙒 fossil gas infrastructure. Let's be clear: this is a total scam.

They argue the emissions will be captured, but there's a massive catch👇

This must be stopped.

Welcome back to Nature or No Nature!

Yet we hear you're set to slash the very funding it relies on.

Bottom trawling isn't just hugely destructive – it’s also unsustainably expensive. 💸

A ban in the UK’s offshore marine protected areas could deliver up to £3.5 billion in benefits over 20 years, while being 3X cheaper to enforce!

The warning couldn’t be clearer. ⚠️

Slashing the nature-friendly farming budget would be catastrophic for the nature and climate crisis, and for our long-term food security.

What's more, it would leave the UK Government’s credibility on climate and nature in tatters.
