Oof. I feel you! 61, post-menopause, getting in shape is not the piece of cake it was when I was in my 30s/40s/50s even. But not a lot of choice, really, is there?

My 20-y/o daughter flew to PR for spring break with some girlfriends, one of whom (after multiple reminders ahead of time!) left her ID in the dorm, and they still let her on the plane. 🤷♀️
