AOC: What they like to call as radical, I believe is common sense.

I believe that when a person gets sick, they shouldn’t go bankrupt in the wealthiest country in the history of the world. Common sense

I believe that a minimum wage should cover the minimum cost to live. Common sense...

If you wanted to cut waste, fraud, and abuse, you would empower the inspectors general.

If you wanted more waste, fraud, and abuse, you would fire them.

According to the @aflcio.org, Musk’s planned DOGE takeover meeting at the Department of Labor today was moved to VIRTUAL.

Sounds like someone’s a little spooked—guess today’s rally and lawsuit made an impact!
Breaking news: DOL workers report that Elon Musk has moved the 4pm DOGE meeting from in-person to virtual. (I guess those in-person work EOs don't apply to unaccountable billionaires.) Is the DOGE scared to hear from working people?
Elon Musk’s DOGE is turning its focus to the Department of Labor. We will stand up to any attacks on working people.

This is not business as usual. Elected Democrats need to stand up. I did my best today to bring that urgency to the floor of the Georgia State Senate.
A far-right tech billionaire is taking over our federal government. We need to sound the alarm at every level, including here in the Georgia Senate. @joshforgeorgia.bsky.social #gapol

The most important thing I can tell everyone that I've learned from being a YouTuber who explains how stuff works is that each and every time I thought "this is common knowledge and doesn't need to be explained" I was wrong.

I asked Elon’s Grok 2 the question of whether and how you could destroy the country through insane trade wars and hijacking Treasury’s payment system.

And I must say, what I got back seems to be a fairly good analysis.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.
