Massive encroachment by Bezos into The Washington Post’s opinion section - makes clear dissenting views will not be published

I still have not felt encroachment on my journalism on the news side, but if Bezos tries interfering with the news side I will be quitting immediately and letting you know

Need to clarify: this bill bans hormone treatment for minors who have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria. Current state law permits this for a very narrow group of children who are diagnosed w/ gender dysphoria and at risk for suicide/self harm.
Just in >> WV Senate Health Committee today advanced a bill that would ban medical care for children diagnosed with gender dysphoria. The legislation would nearly close the state’s narrow exemption in its gender affirming care ban for minors.
Story coming soon.

I grew up going to see movies a lot, so I know I’ve always loved them, but I truly think this movie is what kicked off my desire to learn more about film, watch more independent films, learn more about directors, etc.

A movie I saw in theaters because a friend wanted to and I knew nothing about it.
Call Me By Your Name was released in theaters on this day in 2018 📚

Loved this so much more than I expected. Incredible character development, gorgeous scene setting, and just enough twists to keep my interest without overloading the plot. I see why this was so beloved last year.

Finished “How to Say Babylon” last night and absolutely loved it. Sinclair doesn’t shy away from the violent parts of her childhood, making this an uncomfortable read at times. But it’s so worth it.
