NYC board of elections is almost entirely awful (try volunteering to be a poll worker) but they do one thing really great (deleted and reposted to add alt text to image).

It’s not even new ideas! Sorry don’t mean to come at you aggressively it’s just a frothing at the mouth mad trigger for me—they’re mostly proven ideas; de Blasio froze stabilized rents and avg rent grew slower than before or after his term!

Can you talk me through why, in the 20th c (I think) vents in men’s boot cut jeans became a thing and if/why it stopped being a thing. Bonus points if you can help me find jeans that have vents at the cuffs. For reference, I’m thinking like Sam Rockwell’s jeans in Seven Psychopaths.
