Some surprising albums on there, at least three of which I owned on CD.

I've never heard of anyone else doing it that way (it was usually tacked on at the end after 10 minutes of silence, or whatever), and never managed to successfully rip it back in the day. Has since been released on a vinyl EP, though.

Honorary mention goes to Take Them On, On Your Own by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, which only appears on the CD release as a hidden track, which you had to rewind the first song 3 minutes to hear.

Mustn't Grumble by Chas & Dave.

An obscure one, but If We Can't Escape My Pretty by IV Thieves not only doesn't appear on the album of the same name, but was released while they were called Nic Armstrong & The Thieves.

It'll vary between distributors. General rule is that Apple takes 30% of a sale price, Amazon takes 50% (and about a penny per hour for Prime streams 9. But Apple's a much more closed shop, so there may be an additional aggregator in there taking a cut.

I saw the first half of the first song when they played this album in full, supporting The Stooges on the Raw Power tour. They were so deafeningly loud that my ears actually hurt, and I had to sit it out in the bar.
