If you honestly can't think of a better use of £10 than this, do yourself a favour and flush it down the toilet instead.

Tonight, @andraswf.bsky.social and I met *actual* Barry Scott.

The Man.

The Myth.

The LEGEND.

Sorry lads, false alarm.

Went to the opening night of @sohotheatre.bsky.social Walthamstow, and the restoration is absolutely *stunning*.

Natalie Palamides's tour de force #WEER runs here until May 10th, and if it's anything to go by, we're in for an incredible programme. What a wonderful thing to have on our doorstep.

If you've ever bemoaned the lack of big budget, original films, it's time to put your money where your mouth is and see #SinnersMovie this weekend.

Phenomenal. Faultless. Support this stuff when it actually gets made.

I'd like it to be known that I correctly completed this #OnlyConnect sequence, described by @vcorenmitchell.bsky.social as "one of the hardest questions I've ever seen," from the first clue alone.

Peak life achievement. Five points to me.

Oh, I've got a good Les Paul picture.

It's testament to just how good #TheBrutalist is that I went to a *second* Q&A last night, this time hosted by Sam Mendes.

Don't miss the beautiful 70mm print at Picturehouse Central, showcasing all of its VistaVision glory. Previews start this weekend.

Look, all I'm saying is that if you watch THE WHIP on Prime Video and leave a short review, Amazon's algorithm will recommend it to more people, and you'll be helping us prise a few extra pennies from Bezos's tight fists.

It really is win-win.

Thank you to everybody that has been a part of making The Whip a reality, from our wonderful ensemble cast, to our small, overworked post-production team.

Huge thanks also to anyone involved in booking cinema screenings, or who has taken the time to review it.

When the pandemic hit, our small but ambitious, relatively speedy to make film evolved into a different beast.

COVID forced us to change the way we approached filming, limiting us to a skeleton crew, and embracing techniques we otherwise might never have considered.

Just shy of six years ago, as Britain found itself in a state of political chaos, @andraswf.bsky.social and I had a mad idea for a story.

Four prime ministers, six chancellors and one iceberg lettuce later, today is the culmination of our journey.
