One of my most conservative-coded opinions is that one of the reasons we're in this mess is because of the profound decadence, solipsism, moral rot, and general lack of personal virtue afflicting much of the upper PMC / bourgeoisie.

I think Councillor Jamieson's comment about getting businesses back in those office towers and not converting them is short-sighted. After office hours, downtown gets pretty quiet because people don't live there. Office conversions help to fix that
