Yep. Exactly this. My premise is that there's a huge untapped grassroots appetite for an aggressive Democratic Party, and if Newsom and other '28 hopefuls can serve as proof-of-concept for that idea, they'll have plenty of company soon. Let's do it.
I've seen people either saying, Oh corny. Or, oh he's just running for President. And my thought is, AWESOME. Let the 2028 Dem Prez primary be about who can fight against Trump and for our democracy and our rights the most effectively and aggressively and let it begin today.
Newsom on ICE action outside his presser: "It's pretty sick & pathetic. It's everything you know about Trump's America & the authoritarian tendencies of the president. Wake up, America. You will not have a country if he rigs this election. You will a president running for a third term. Mark my word"

Playing the 1.6 patch is so frustrating because certain mods are incompatible and there's nothing to warn you about that until you find out with some random bug. For me, it was CE on Naked brutality. Some other mod is making the hit rate for projectiles 0 lol. Oh well
