It literally takes so little effort - I be out here reskeeting almost everything I like as a bare minimum to help my community grow. This is the best time to make sure BIPOC are included in community growth and not just cordoned off to obscurity.

Being Trans entails so much self-reflection and re-examining what was previously normalized in life, it's hard to imagine transitioning without examining ALL of your biases similarly but many white trans people somehow avoid doing that 🙆♀️
