I think - me - Donald Trump - has decided that you get three dolls. Not our government. Not Congress. Not you. Me. I get to make the decision that you get 5 pencils. This is my decision and mine alone.

He has completely lost his fucking mind.
Trump: "I don't think a beautiful baby girl that's 11 years old needs to have 30 dolls. I think they can have three dolls or four dolls ... they don't need to have 250 pencils. They can have five."
