🏗️⚛️ The Illinois House Public Utilities committee passed a bill that will remove the size limit on new nuclear plants in the state.

It is one of just 2 states in the country that have such a restriction. Next stop: house floor!

Dorval Carter was allowed to mismanage the agency for years because he promised to secure RLE funding.

Now the project has balloooned in costs, is strapping the agency with debt, and is going to hamstring basic maintenance and improvements for years to come
