America has exactly the country its voters chose over the past 50 years. Destruction of the middle class began with Ronald Reagan 1980, transferring 50 to 60 trillion dollars from the bottom 90% to the top 1%. George W Bush, the 2000 election, and 9/11 accelerated the decline.
