Here's the Nobel prize-winning economist Esther Duflo destroying the claim that foreign workers reduce domestic wages. In fact, they actually help UK workers by adding to the talent base and allowing the economy to grow. Getting rid of them just leads to more automation.

This is from the MP from Folkestone - it’s really clear and it’s really accurate. People should download it and refer to it should they run into any hassle from service providers or employers who are using the EHRC ‘guidance’ as if was ‘law’.
This letter from Tony Vaughan KC, the MP for Folkestone, is the clearest articulation I’ve seen on the flaws of the interim update from the EHRC. The section titled ‘Legal Incoherence’ hits the nail on the head.
