Finished Zeta Gundam last night and it was kind of a disappointment. The story was darker but that doesn’t make it better, the antagonists all felt caricatured, eps. 20-32 felt like a blur of inconsequential events, and the concept of N-Types really exploded into something fantastical.

The Gilded Age remains a top tier series and I’m looking forward to another season in the future. Onwards to the finale next week!

Finally caught up to Doctor Who and I am going to sorely miss N’cuti Gatwa. He really shot up to top 3 Doctors and his stories were all amazing. All I need is to see his smile and my day automatically becomes fantastic.

Now that I’ve beaten the original FF VII for the first time, I can say it was a great experience and certainly elevated my opinion on Rebirth—frustrating mini-games notwithstanding.
I did reassess my thoughts on IX though; the failure of Necron as a final boss aside, the game was incredible.

Finished my rewatch of the 13th Doctor and it was overall brilliant. Jodie, Mandip, Tosin, Brandley, and John all had amazing chemistry together. Plus, the end with the gathering of past companions felt like a perfect bow for Jodie’s tenure as rhe Doctor.
Now that I’m mostly through my rewatch of the 13th Doctor, I think I know why people didn’t like these seasons. Most episodes are a subtle commentary of modern crises that also (sometimes) use historical figures.

Finishing up my Clone Wars rewatch and The Siege of Mandalore is simply unbeatable in overall storytelling and production. I think it’s safe to say that the series has three fantastic endings, given its history, but the S7 finale is among the best bit of Star Wars storytelling.

I’m thoroughly enjoying revisiting the story of #TheLastOfUs Part II, both the old and new additions.
But it’s so hard to decide if I enjoy Isabela Merced or Catherine O’hara more. They both bring so much to the show, especially Gale’s inclusion to the narrative and character dynamics.
