I disagree. I think the advice he gave Larry is exactly what he’s processing now. And Bertha’s ambition did lead to selling Gladys and a huge investment into the Opera House (S2) that could have flopped. She also tried to further pay Hector with George’s money believing he’d be ok with it.

I’m no longer certain people actually watched The Gilded Age finale—they definitely misunderstood the relationship dynamic of Bertha and George this season.

The more I read TWT, the more I think people misunderstood George’s discussion at the end of the season. To so many, Bertha’s finale win just proves that the “ends justifies the means” and it kind of proves why she’s caused the potential ruin of her marriage.

All the Titans are just bad for the sake of being bad, and it feels like a personality shift for the Earth Federation at the start of the series. Plus, as you said, they are all forgettable—and Scirraco just don’t got it like the Zabi family did.

Belinda and Ruby were also amazing companions, I hope we see them return. But I wish I wasn’t spoiled on (among other things) the return of the Fugitive Doctor—talk about a character who is just utterly amazing all around.
