The absolute worst feeling - yr kid is at uni and unable to come out of thru room and speak to anyone. (2nd child not 1st, done this before but others diff characters). Just devastating worrying from afar

Taking middle son to uni. It’s a lot harder to fit everything in the car when u have to take guitars, amps and stereos as well as everything else 😬 fuelling at McDs on the way 😁

The most depressing thing about being replaced by AI, is my client selling it as a ‘positive opportunity’ for all the loyal, well qualified freelancers who’ve provided exceptional service to them. No understanding or acknowledgment that our income is being wiped out and the new CVs will be sub-par🤬

Whereas I’ve been writing CVs professionally for the last 6 years and my client is now going to use AI to do it instead. A depressing state of affairs.
I see a lot of CVs and cover letters in my job. It gives me great satisfaction to reject applicants who are blatantly using AI to write it for them.
