Cat owner, book addict, fabric hoarding nightmare.
It got worse: he's now snoring.

I have approximately four inches left on the last row. I am not allowed to finish, obviously.

I sort of mentally divide the year up based on what kind of sheets are on the bed. Part of me looks forward to the flannel sheets. Today was the day for swapping them out & it's fairly obvious the cats are also fans of the sheet change.

This is what life is like having a cat with a full-blown carb obsession. Those rolls were in the pantry, on a shelf at eye level (I'm nearly six feet tall). I'm not sure how he got them down, but this is where I found them this morning, covered in chew marks, bag ripped open.

One of my air plants produced twin pups. Here I am, going "awwwwwww, look at the little cute plants".

I'm going to have to figure out a new place for my air plants, I'm running out of room. I have to find a spot where the orange cat can't get to them, he likes to steal them.

Oh hey, cat. You don't like being annoyed when you're trying to nap? Fancy that. I don't like being annoyed in the middle of the night. Maybe we can work out something here, what do you think?

Yeah, we have another tabby as well. This single-brain-celled gentleman is named KB.

This is Pierre, with a quarter next to him for scale.

He's now a very large, very round middle aged cat.

I love his tendency to use the arm rests.

Here... here's Pierre in all his glorious squirrel-colored roundness. Here's my contribution to timeline cleansing.

It is amazing at how worked up some men get around tall women. ...and yes, there is some joy in knowing that my existence freaks them out/makes them question their masculinity.

It wasn't just directly in Germany that they were praising the Nazis, this was April 1938's General Conference, Melvin J Ballard (Quorum of the Twelve) was saying some sketchy shit over the pulpit.

It was Heber J. Grant's visit to Germany. The Mormon church essentially bought their way into acceptance in Nazi Germany by kissing up to the Nazis. That included handing over all the genealogical records they had for Germans, so Nazis could find people who had Jewish ancestry....
