I also try to avoid triggering PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) by doing things when and as I want to as much as possible. Wake up and don’t want to do anything other than play Horizon? Okay, then I’m playing Horizon and maybe I’ll feel better about doing something from my to-do list after lunch.
