The judge said the content of the death threat was so vile, so offensive, she wouldn't read it aloud in court. Yes, sadly, the judge is a woman. 😔

If his judgement was impaired by alcohol when he made the threat, what’s to stop him carrying through with the threat next time he gets drunk?
