The government needs to use this delay to make changes to the e-Visa scheme to stop a digital Windrush scandal.

Migrants need to be allowed to have a physical or digital document that can be saved offline to prove their status.

No point in having a #committee to scrutinise the home office over their failures on Windrush? Recommendations they advise can be ignored. We have asked HO to pass the #WCS to an independent agency. Victims, committee, lawyers all agree, yet the home office just carries on failing

This petitio is only at 7000 signatures which I think is a bit mad. The Home Office deported UK citizens, some of whom died without being allowed home. People still can't work or use the NHS. Others went without for years and now need compensation 👇🏾
