The answer is The Master. He appeared in 1982's Castrovalva, opposite Peter Davison, in the 1996 TV Movie opposite Paul McGann, and she turned up in a brief shot during Peter Capaldi's debut.

I had a 1996 3-door Saab 900 2 litre. It was thirsty, wallowed in the corners, was asthmatic down the straight and expensive to have repaired.

I don't often applaud the collapse of companies, but Saab automotive I did, if they inflicting that on poor innocent drivers.
