Wonder if both left and right are missing the point of Bad Bunny. Latinos are one of the fastest growing populations in America and that other kind of football is the major competition for the NFL. This was most likely a business decision. Not a political one. I still loved it.

We kissed the American middle class goodbye when we believed the lie that we’re ALL better off when the RICH get richer and the POOR get poorer.

What if more companies and corporations (including newspapers), were cooperatively owned by the employees…

We haven't seen this many layoffs since 2009, and Trump is making things worse. Families are struggling to afford food and health care, and that should be our focus right now – not building new ballrooms and ignoring what the American people need.
Layoffs in January were the highest to start a year since 2009, Challenger says
With the recent narrative centering on a no-hire, no-fire labor market, the data suggests that the layoff part of the equation could be stepping up.

Update. Looks like FBI and DOJ will investigate after all. That’s a good development. Public pressure works. Of course it remains to be seen whether the investigation is fair and transparent.
An investigation by DHS is not a criminal civil rights investigation. Only FBI has jurisdiction for that. This seems like a misleading and hollow gesture to appease critics

Here is exactly the problem: Noem is calling people who are going through legal asylum proceedings ‘dangerous criminals.’ Don’t let the administration gaslight the public. Contact your representatives and insist on real oversight of ICE and DHS, not fear‑mongering talking points.
