Always hated running since I was a kid, but with an injured shoulder, I have to prioritize cardio for my fitness for the first time.
1 mile run @ 5.5 mph, with 5 sets of .3 mile runs /.1 mile walks at 5.8 mph

Strength/mobility day. Focused on rehabbing my shoulder so some lifts have suffered.
Today was a lower body focus
- 20 minute treadmill on incline
- 3 x 12 shoulder raises
- 3 x 10 step ups
- 3 x 10 split squats
- 3 x 10 goblet squats
- 3 x 3 pull ups (sad times)
