I guess if we had fixed terms at national level we could fix them at some point through the term and then it would even out across time as different parties are penalized. Given that we don't, happy to adopt your semi-unserious suggestion!

Impressions: contactless payments on public transport=a major improvement; tram to airport just works. But now almost impossible to buy a print newspaper @ an edicola; they've all disappeared & the product market regulation which prevented supermarkets from selling passports means there is a vacuum
