It’s bad enough that we’re subsidizing extremely profitable sports teams with our tax dollars to build stadiums, but we’re letting them charge us $17 dollars for a beer and $11 dollars for a damn hotdog at the concession stand?

Enough. Here’s one thing we can do about it.

Shame on Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), who blocked the Senate from even taking up a resolution to hold the DOJ accountable for failing to follow the law and fully release the Epstein files. Wyoming, call your senator.

According to the New Yorker, Donald Trump and his family profited off the presidency by an estimated $4 billion in 2025 — mostly through shady crypto deals.

That amounts to $456,621 per hour.

But how are you doing?

Not one more penny for this brutality.

Congress needs to grow a spine and stand up to this regime.

If you are represented by Democrats — call them.

If you are represented by Republicans — call them. They need to hear from you too.

Poverty is a policy choice. Concentrated wealth is a policy choice. Inequality is a policy choice. None of it is natural or inevitable. Remember: We have the power to build a system that serves the many, not the powerful few.

Congressional Republicans gave Trump a slush fund for ICE and CBP in the "Big Beautiful Bill." Tens of billions of dollars that is still usable even during a shutdown.

Democrats must make rescinding that money the price of any future govt funding, as Republicans did with IRS money from the IRA.

Lt. Illinois Gov. Juliana Stratton just addressed the crowd, and called for ICE to be abolished.

This is Minneapolis.

Literally every corner along Lake St. packed with people holding candles, many singing, honoring a person who by all accounts was an absolute gem of a human, whose life was tragically stolen by a fascist, paramilitary occupation force.

Court declaration:

"I saw him yelling at the ICE agents, but I did not see him attack the agents or brandish a weapon of any kind.
Suddenly, an ICE agent shoved him to the ground."

again: utterly, mindblowingly absurd that this is what they’re going with when you can see from angle after angle that Pretti did not have his gun out and was in fact restrained on the ground when they disarmed and then shot him

these are bad lies and they’re going to backfire horrendously
Noem lies shamelessly: "An individual approached order Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic gun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. This looks like a situation where an individual arrived to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement"
