If they favor Russia SK risks a serious backlash. Many will not ignore such a shift and a widespread boycott of South Korean products may follow. Won't stop at Samsung or Hyundai will extend across a lot of exports like: electronics and automotive to semiconductors, batteries and defense contracts.
