Having just recently schlepped a bunch of heavy audio gear around an Eisenman building (requiring way too many elevators, ramps, etc) I can confirm he is cursed and nasty.

Every crossing sign that just flashes the hand needs to be replaced with a countdown. That could mean you have 5 seconds to cross, or 20. Stupid, annoying, and unsafe.
