Think the gym has been a pretty good thing for me, i really enjoy getting in there with a plan and just exerting yourself till your tired enough that theres no space for anything else in your head. Also even though my results so far have been minimal i do like seeing the gradual changes in my body

Ive thought about it a bit more and i think for now at least i first wanna pursue a body transformation through exercise and see if that would make me feel fulfilled before i immediately jump to the hormones.
