Welp, the pharmacy just called me to let me know that per new NY state law they cannot administer our Covid 19 vaccines on our September 8th appointment now unless they have a prescription from our doctors, this is so fucked

I have been on nortriptyline and venlafaxine for migraine prophylaxis for a year now.
It feels like it isn't working as well as the first 6 months.
Does this combo/either med lose efficacy after a while? Or is this just a particularly bad flare up?
