I went to my annual physical with my regular PCP. You know, the one that's supposed to be free with insurance? Well, she asked me if I had any new health concerns. I brought up my desire to shed a few stubborn pounds. We talked about it for 5 minutes. That's now a "split appt" and the cost is $225
