I take it one step further and say that a lot of "fitness influencers" are really aesthetic influencers because the behaviors they're pushing are unhealthy, disordered eating as meal prep for example. They are selling you a look which has absolutely nothing to do with fitness or health.
I mix my creatine in my mouth with water. I love fitness.
I am also deeply aware that I’m only allowed to love it bc my body is currently cooperating, and that is not permanent nor the case for everyone.
A *lot* of fitness influencers are lowkey just bullies with favorable genetics.
