*HUGE* news! CO announced nearly $1mil to help communities address the state’s housing affordability crisis. CSP supported HB24-1152 to give homeowners the freedom to build accessory dwelling units on their property to help loved ones age in place, supplement income and create more housing.
Cities around the state get funds to help encourage more ADUs

Today in housing wins: Colorado Housing and Finance Authority awarded tax credits to build 840 affordable rental units in Denver, Aurora, Longmont and Fort Collins. The tax credits will raise nearly $210 million to build housing near transit.

Since Enbrel went on the market in 1998, its price has increased more than 1,500%! The Prescription Drug Affordability Board’s historic decision to set an upper payment limit will mean lower out-of-pocket costs for patients and lower insurance premiums for all Coloradans.

Last Friday, the Prescription Drug Affordability Board voted to limit the cost of Enbrel to match Medicare’s maximum fair price bringing the average patient’s out-of-pocket cost down and making it more affordable to the Coloradans that need it.
