I’ve upped my gardening game while I’ve been making resistance pamphlets to share with protesters. It helps to see nature in all its forms. #gardeningfeed #bloomscrolling #gardeningsky #flowerfeed

Definitely went to the store yesterday to treat myself to some flowers before the hell of summer shows up.

Really tired of this absolute hellscape continuing to continue as if "nothing can be done". Print this out and plaster. Share. Send to your friends. #antifascist #nokings #nogodsnomastersnokings #nonazis #socialism

Worked in the garden yesterday for the first time in weeks and found these lovely gals next to my thunbergias on the sycamore tree.

Forgot to post my #bloomscrolling adventure in the garden this morning. Behold the blooms. Variegated nasturtium, alyssum, and two varieties of morning glory!

Second year at the Mount Dora Jane Austen Festival, and I chose to go as a Mary Bennet simply because I could not be bothered to put in contacts or put on makeup (cuz burnout is real). I had a stellar time with my wonderful friend, and we made stained glass hot air balloons. 10/10 would recommend.

Pulled these from the vine last night right before dinner. If I could eat fresh garden tomatoes for the rest of my life, I’d be so content.

We ask the public to respect the resignation decisions of federal employees. Many are resigning because they are faced with the choice of either participating in illegal activities or facing serious repercussions. Please be understanding and respectful of these difficult decisions.

Remember: no one can see you taping resistance pamphlets to the inside of bathroom stalls. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It would be so weird if people printed this out and posted it in public places like community boards, public restrooms, and on telephone poles. So weird, right?

Pick your focus and stick with it. We cannot fight in all fronts or we will become overwhelmed. But we can all peel off a corner in our area of expertise and begin to reveal effective strategies for resisting the chaos. Every single one of us has something to offer.

I made this zine to help people if they have an interest in gardening for self-sufficiency (edible gardens) and leisure (flower gardens). Please share and give this link out. It’s free. Spread knowledge.

These emails, sent across agencies, compel all federal employees to snitch on any colleague whose work might have some vague DEIA inflection. Those who refuse to snitch will be disciplined.

Seems designed to put all workers who aren’t white men under a cloud of suspicion. Truly vile stuff.
The acting director of the Office of Personnel Management (the feds' H.R. department) is telling federal employees to rat out their DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility) colleagues by emailing "DEIAtruth@opm.gov."

Being a person with deadly, incurable cancer who is nonetheless still alive for an indefinite timeframe gives me an interesting metaphor that helps me deal with things like large-scale corruption in government or commerce.

Bear with me for a second while I try to explain.
