this is so timely as January is always a diet culture/weight loss extravaganza. something that radicalized me is that every time i feel unhappy with my body/looks, someone somewhere is making money off of that unhappiness. you are & always have been enough just as you are.
A lot of men have body image issues, but few of us talk about it publicly. This column is about my lifelong battle with my weight and how I’ve learned to embrace who I am and what I look like while also understanding the need to be healthier.
