I think I’ve figured it out…. The DOJ used their “magic redaction pens”(to protect the victims) and the blacked out stuff is like those magic pictures. If you stare at them long enough the words or the picture will appear.

If we already know who the victims are why are they redacting their names? It seems like all they are protecting is the perpetrators. Doesn’t that seem counterproductive? Shouldn’t they be spreading those names out there like butter on toast?
