Wow, it's ugly. Flow constraints at Jacksonville Center on southbound traffic apparently a big part of it for us here in Florida. Information is inconsistent, one flow program says "ZDC/ZJX stafffing", another just says "other". Suspect FAA is just not admitting all the staffing issues now.

I just found out Phoebe has her own Wikipedia page, and I didn't know that Phoebe's name was chosen in an international naming contest, which I'm presuming Brits weren't allowed to participate in or she'd be named "Flamingo McFlamingoface". 😁
