Incredibly moving. 1000s of Lithuanians lined the streets of the capital Vilnius yesterday to honor the four US soldiers killed on their soil.
As their bodies are repatriated to the US, their President will be nowhere to be seen, except on a Florida golf course.

Kerri ni Dochartaigh, a featured speaker for Ohio University’s Spring Literary Festival, was denied entry to the United States. Given OU’s pre-emptive compliance with anti-DEI measures, I’m guessing they’ll roll over on this, too.

The Trump administration is setting the stage to put the unitary executive theory before SCOTUS — which has already issued a ruling (in Trump v. United States) that’s very much aligned with UE. And the GOP Congress seems perfectly happy to cede power to the executive branch.

You gotta love a legal filing that quotes “The Princess Bride” along with multiple SCOTUS rulings.
