We can cover the three major dialects. Though we're not as quick as other translators, as we have other roles, we create careful, thoughtful localisations:

@davissandefur.bsky.social Connacht
Seaghán Ó Modhráin ┐ Brian Walshe: Munster
Me: PM ┐ core translations
Games my team has done official #irishlanguage localisations for:

One more is currently in the works, and another is complete but not live yet.
What's this... ANOTHER #irishlanguage translation!? Stoked to announce that my team worked on the official localisation of the horror game Crowded.Followed available on Steam!

A true superteam, often when I hear of translation projects to Irish I am doubtful about the quality but not with these guys. With expertise in both the written standard and all three major dialects, for translation or consultation for your game they are worth it.

Good post. It's worth mentioning that 'Vifax' which is recommended in the article was phased out.

It was replaced by SnasTV I believe, which is also an amazing resource.

(And yes Duolingo Irish is bad)
Here's your reminder that the #Irishlanguage course on Duolingo is shite.

And here's what you should use instead: gaeilgechonamara.com/why-not-duol... (The site is safe, I've worked plenty with Davis who made it :))
