The driver had 128 previous offences including failure to stop and driving whilst disqualified, nearly killed a cyclist, leaves the cyclist for dead, lies and tries to evade justice, and is only banned for 2 years!?! Yes I know he is unlikely to heed any ban, but why is this not a life ban!?!?
