If Trump actually cared about ‘merit’ in federal government, he’d call for a full review to make sure EVERYONE is qualified—including white men.
He won’t, because it would mean admitting there are lots of unqualified white men holding jobs in his government. And Pete Hegseth wouldn’t have a job.
