- Expand the program from 125 to 230 schools
- Set aside $8.6 million for the expansion ($1,200 per student)
- Start with the “highest-need” schools with 10+ kids in shelters
- Fund overtime pay for teachers serving as "caring adults," as well as books, laundry, and staff training
