My unrealistic holiday wish is that Mr. @mcuban.bsky.social sold his share to allow him one day to buy the rights to the Sonics and get the team back in Seattle.

Relatedly, do people you work with stay because of your leadership or do you coach them towards leaving because you developed them to do greater things?
In discussing strategic leadership with a CEO of a VERY large company (a great guy), he said:
"I believe that eight out of ten people who leave their job do so because of their leader. But two out of ten stay in spite of their leader."
