Hewwo! I'm Trinket Holloway, an artist, programmer, and cat. I'm pretty burnt out on social media; I'll give this place a swing but I'm spinning up my own website to serve as my home base.

Does anyone have a sense of like, how much do people rely on seeing if someone's on Bluesky by typing in their usual username plus .bsky.social. I want to change my username to @catseyemarble.com but what if someone tries to look up @catseyemarble.bsky.social and I'm not there

Happy new year!! Making good on my promise to try and get active here in 2026..... (I sketched this out on New Year's Eve and didn't get it done by midnight, and then only got around to brushing it up a month later lol)

I realize this is a very millennial complaint but I do not like how resistant many devices are nowadays to being turned all the way off. I do not want to put my gaming system into “sleep mode” or “rest mode” or “standby mode” or whatever they’re calling it, I want it to be OFF until I use it again.

trinket the ghost cat has assumed the role of the lava of a lava lamp, now slooping and gooping around in their nourishing bath within its glass. With their face split between both ends of the lamp, they look to the viewer with both eyes. A paw also waves out.... or perhaps, that's just the way that it gloops.

Tux, a long mysterious noodly mammal of some sort with magpie wings, six paws, and a mossy green sheen to its coat.  They slink over a hollow log in a dimly-lit forest, doing a double-take as a velvet worm with scruffy hair and glasses crawls out to see what's making all that noise on its roof. Kooloo, a smug-looking fox with bat wings and a pointy little crown.  He's lounging on a side table with an ornate tablecloth and various items around him, including a skull, an hourglass, a old yellowed book, some vases, and an ornate sword behind him, positioned as if sticking out of his back. Peri, a brightly-coloured living stuffie ocelot kid in big overalls.  She lounges sideways on a beanbag chair, munching on popcorn and trying to reach for the carton of chocolate milk she's accidentally spilled all over the floor. Monday, a three-eyed alien goat person in khaki shorts and a loose breathable button-up crop top.  They sit in the middle of the desert with a map propped up on one knee, leaning against the rock they crashed their UFO into while they try to figure out where the hell they are.
