Just learned that the entire division of blood disorders at the CDC was put on administrative leave or terminated effective immediately.
The people who figured out HIV was infecting people through the blood supply.

Good to see SCOTUS uphold foreign aid, but this headline (like the dissenting justices) misses the point. It is Congress, not a judge, who is requiring payment. Court is applying the law and Constitution to prevent Trump from defying Congress!
