We have a good chance of getting through the semis but the final could be against Italy, Denmark, Turkey, Sweden, Poland, Romania… let’s hope for a home draw. You reckon you’ll go to the USA? I didn’t go last time as being trans in Qatar was too risky.

The impression I get is that “the plan” was simply being “the adults in the room” compared to Johnson, Truss and Sunak. Not enough though.

First job after uni a colleague was unusually late every day for a week. Turned out he was waiting for the post to arrive before leaving for work as he didn’t want his mother to see a court summons he was expecting as he’d been caught peeing in the street. A dark side street. Mandelson though….
