This was pudding. It was really nice but I could swear that torte used to be two thin layers of sponge with a thick moussey layer between them. This was like a chocolate ganache on a biscuity base.

This was my Xmas dinner. Overcooked steak, underseasoned mash, tenderstem broccoli, carrots, mange tout (they came together in a little bag) and gravy. Pudding will be chocolate torte with some strawberries and cream once my blood glucose goes down a bit.
