A group of people on my block have started getting neighbors together each Sunday to share opportunities for activism. Kids run in and out while the parents plot. I find it so comforting and inspiring and people should steal their model.

But is anyone watching ? 😞Will the people speak out about the public abuse of Ukraine’s leader Zelensky - in front of the world? The narrative surrounding Ukraine has been so polluted by social media - there is no consensus within the country and Congress has abandoned us all.
I will never forget the photo of Zelenskyy’s face after he saw Russia’s war crimes in Bucha in 2022. He seemed to age years in an afternoon. Watching him constantly cross the world asking for aid that should have been thrown at him is one of the deepest shames of our age.

Just finished a meeting with President Zelensky here in Washington. He confirmed that the Ukrainian people will not support a fake peace agreement where Putin gets everything he wants and there are no security arrangements for Ukraine.
