There aren’t many spaces for this kind of audio documentary… it’s not really safeguarded as an art form in the same way documentary film is - which means cancelling THIS space - always full of such wild love and craft - has an outsize impact and damages our medium and our community.
After 12 years on the radio, @josielong.bsky.social's Short Cuts will have its last series on BBC Radio 4 this winter.
